Roby Smith and his wife, Kari, are raising their four amazing children in Davenport, IA, where they are active in local youth sports and Trinity Lutheran Church.

Roby Smith was raised in the midwest by two elementary school teachers. He learned the values of hard work, honesty, and faith early on and has passed those values on to his children.
Business And Finance Expert
After high school, Roby Smith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Communications, from Concordia University.After spending nearly ten years as a local family banker in Iowa, Roby became a small business owner and then a member of the Iowa Senate.Roby accepted an unpaid position on the Quad Cities-area U.S. Bank board.
Community Leader
In addition to his involvement at Trinity Lutheran Church in Davenport, Roby teaches local students about financial literacy through the Junior Achievement program, coaches youth sports, and serves on the Scott Community College Foundation Board.
